Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Lead small-group classes for ages 4 and up at both gyms. Weekday afternoons.
Coach PathFinders, KinderGym, Lil Ninjas, Gymnastics, NinGym and Tumbling classes, using Rally lesson plans and skill sheets.
What you'll do
- Run warm-ups, rotations and skill stations for groups of 4 (Laurel) or 6 (El Camino)
- Spot safely and track each child's skills
- Lead our Community Chat values moments
- Keep parents in the loop at pickup
Who you are
- Loves kids and brings steady, positive energy
- Reliable and on time, every time
- Gymnastics or coaching experience is a plus, not a must
- Comfortable being trained in our systems
Schedule
Weekday afternoons and evenings during the season (September to May)

What you'll do
- Lead games, obstacle courses and gym play for party guests
- Help set up and clean the party space
- Keep the party on schedule with the party host
- Follow our safety and waiver checklist

- Upbeat, organized and great with groups of kids
- Available most weekends
- High school and college students welcome

Be a camp counselor at Camp Rally, where campers flip, jump, create and connect all summer.
What you'll do
- Lead a small group of campers through the daily schedule
- Run games, crafts, gymnastics and Community Chat
- Help with arrival, lunch and pickup
- Model Rally values every day
Who you are
- Ages 16 and up
- Energetic, responsible and great with kids ages 5–11
- Available for full camp weeks in July and August
- Completes staff training before camp starts

Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, July to mid-August
