SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages from Rally Gymnastics to the mobile number you give us.

What you get

Rally Gymnastics texts parents and guardians who agree to texts about their family's classes and account: class reminders, schedule changes and gym closures, booking and payment receipts, payment notices, trial and waitlist updates, birthday party and event details, and replies to your questions. If you opt in to Rally news, you may also get occasional texts about Rally programs such as summer camp, Kids Night Out and new class openings.

How you sign up

You agree to texts by ticking the box next to your mobile number on our website (information request, BYOB booking, party RSVP) or in your Rally family portal account. Agreeing to texts is never required to book or buy.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and stopping texts

Reply HELP for help, or call or text (650) 394-2674, or email info@rallygymnastics.com.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more texts. Reply START to sign up again. You'll still get emails about your family's account.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.
