Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your family's details: parent and guardian names, email, phone, address, emergency contacts and authorized pickups.
• Your children's details: names, birthdays, classes, attendance, skills progress, and any medical or allergy notes you share so coaches can keep them safe.
• Signed documents: waivers, policies and photo release choices, with the wording you agreed to.
• Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep only the card brand, last 4 digits and expiry.
• Photos and videos taken at the gym.
• Messages you send us by email, text, the family portal, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, and forms you fill out on this website.

How we use it

To run classes, camps, parties and events; keep children safe; take payments; send class updates, reminders and receipts; and answer your questions. If you opt in to marketing messages, we may also tell you about Rally programs. You can opt out anytime (reply STOP to a text, or ask us).

Photos

Photos of your child are private: in the family portal, you see only photos your own children are tagged in. Rally shares photos publicly only for children with a signed photo release.

Signing in with Google

If you choose "Continue with Google," we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use them only to match you to your existing Rally account and sign you in. We do not access your Gmail, contacts or other Google data.

Rally staff connect Rally's own email accounts (such as info@rallygymnastics.com) to our office system so we can read and answer your emails in one place. That access covers only Rally's own mailboxes, never yours.

Rally's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run Rally, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our secure database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), our text message provider, and Gusto (staff payroll only). We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect a child's safety.

Text messages. If you agree to texts, we text you about your family's classes, account and Rally news. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is never required to book or buy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Facebook Messenger and Instagram

If you message Rally on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, Meta gives us your message, your name and, on Instagram, your username. Rally staff read and answer these messages in our office system, and our office software may draft a reply for staff to check; a person always decides what goes out. We use them only to answer you and keep your family's records together. We don't send marketing by direct message. To have these messages deleted from Rally's records, email info@rallygymnastics.com and tell us your name and the account you wrote from.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored in a secure database. Each person sees only what their role needs: families see their own family, and coaches see only what they need for the classes they teach.

Your choices

You can see and update most of your details in the family portal. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email info@rallygymnastics.com. We may need to keep some records, like payments and signed waivers, as the law requires.

Children

Information about children comes from their parents or guardians. Our website and apps are meant for adults; children don't sign up themselves.
